1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3 Your account

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4 License to use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

5 In-app purchases

SMS Box offers consumable in-app purchases (coins/credits) that allow you to access certain features. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) under their terms of service.
• Coins/credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Coins/credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, packages, or features at any time.

6 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Send unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or engage in any form of unauthorized commercial messaging.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including those related to SMS or telecommunications.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App, including by introducing viruses or malicious code.

7 Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8 Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as Apple, analytics, or crash reporting providers) to operate. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service.

9 Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12 Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
